great service but minor room quirks
The owner went above and beyond to help us get to the swim meet, which really made our stay memorable. The overall customer service exceeded our expectations and made our family feel welcomed.
A few small quirks in the room were noticeable.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We went fishing, caught some bluegill, and hit the hiking trails at the scenic 625-acre lake nearby. The beds were cozy, and the staff was super friendly. Perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure.
Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues during check-in and had a room that smelled smoky despite requesting non-smoking.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We stayed for two nights in a King Room and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. However, we faced a hot room upon arrival and housekeeping could have improved cleanliness. Consider turning on the A/C before guests arrive. Location is great for exploring Oxford's eateries!

We had a wonderful stay here with our baby while attending my son's swim meet. The room was cozy, and we loved the convenience of being close to Miami University. The staff went above and beyond when they gave us a ride to the meet. It made our trip so much easier!
In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness of the hallways needed improvement. A deep clean would make a big difference for families staying here.

Family with children great spot for a swim meet
We received great customer service from the owner and his staff. When we couldn't get Uber to take us to the Rec Center, the owner dropped everything to drive us.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Just a reliable pick for a short stint in Oxford with real value for money. The staff were friendly despite some issues with breakfast running out. Make sure to get there early for breakfast items.

I loved chilling by the heated pool and enjoying a cozy evening by the BBQ area. The rooms were a bit outdated, but overall, it felt like a home away from home. Just be prepared for some noise from the hallway at night! 🌊

I recently stayed at College Inn for a weekend and really enjoyed the cozy vibes. The room felt warm and well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff treated me like family, making my stay memorable. The location is excellent, just steps away from great local eateries and the college campus. However, I noticed some areas need improvement. The rooms could benefit from a refresh. The hallway carpets looked a bit worn, and I found a few areas that needed better cleaning. They mentioned plans for renovations, so that gives me hope for a brighter future. Overall, a great stay in a promising place with wonderful service.
